The City of Eden Prairie offers rental facilities available for every occasion, from intimate meetings to special gatherings.

Rooms available for rent at the City Center include the four large Heritage Rooms in the lower level, Prairie Room, and Atrium Rooms I, II and III.

Fees vary from room to room. Other factors such as time and day of the rental, set-up needs and number of people attending the event affect the cost. The fee list is also different for residents, non-residents and non-profit organizations. Select a room from the list below for more information and rates.

GARDEN ROOM OF EDEN PRAIRIE
The Garden Room of Eden Prairie is located within the City Center building and is operated by Mintáhoe Catering & Events, which manages events, receptions and catering in the Garden Room and Heritage Rooms at the City Center.

The Heritage Rooms are ideal for business meetings or presentations with capacities of 10 to 200 people. These rooms are available Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
 
The movable walls create one large room (all four rooms), one medium room (two rooms) or one small room. The most common room set-ups are audience style, closed square, classroom style and open U. Six-foot rectangular tables and chairs are available to accommodate nearly any type of setup, see Heritage Room Setup Examples [PDF]. Rental fee includes setup of tables and chairs.

HERITAGE ROOMS CAPACITY AND FEES (fees are per hour and require a 2-hour minimum, tax not included)

Small Heritage Room (1, 2, 3 or 4)

Maximum capacity: 40 audience style, 25 classroom, 25 closed square

Eden Prairie Non-Profit: $40
Eden Prairie Business or Resident: $45
Non-Resident or Non-Eden Prairie-Based Groups: $50

Medium Heritage Room (1 and 2, or 3 and 4)
Maximum capacity: 100 audience style, 50 classroom, 25 open U

Eden Prairie Non-Profit: $50
Eden Prairie Business or Resident: $60
Non-Resident or Non-Eden Prairie-Based Groups: $70

Large Heritage Room (1, 2, 3 and 4)
Maximum capacity: 200 audience style, 100 classroom

Eden Prairie Non-Profit: $65
Eden Prairie Business or Resident: $75
Non-Resident or Non-Eden Prairie-Based Groups: $105
