The City of Eden Prairie offers rental facilities available for every occasion, from intimate meetings to special gatherings.
Rooms available for rent at the City Center include the four large Heritage Rooms in the lower level, Prairie Room, and Atrium Rooms I, II and III.
Fees vary from room to room. Other factors such as time and day of the rental, set-up needs and number of people attending the event affect the cost. The fee list is also different for residents, non-residents and non-profit organizations. Select a room from the list below for more information and rates.
Garden Room of Eden Prairie
The Garden Room of Eden Prairie is located within the City Center building and is operated by Mintáhoe Catering & Events, which manages events, receptions and catering in the Garden Room and Heritage Rooms at the City Center.
