Preserve Blvd Improvement Project

Project Summary
The Preserve Boulevard Improvement Project is proposed to include the following primary components which have been identified in the City’s Capital Improvement Program:

  • Prairie Center Drive/Preserve Boulevard intersection improvements
  • Addition of a second southbound lane on Preserve Boulevard and associated intersection improvements at Anderson Lakes Parkway
  • Improvements to the Eden Lake storm water outlet to help minimize the impact of large rain events on adjacent properties

In addition, the entire Preserve Boulevard corridor between Prairie Center Drive and Anderson Lakes Parkway will be reviewed to determine if additional improvements are needed to better meet the corridor’s transportation needs.

Design work on the project is scheduled to occur through 2016 and into early 2017. Project construction is currently planned for 2017.
