To obtain a copy of an Eden Prairie police report, print the “Document Request” form located under “Files” to the left, complete the form and submit it to:

You may also submit a written request in the form of a letter to the above address. Please include as much information as possible in the request; i.e., case number, date and time reported and nature and location of incident.
State and Federal laws regulate the release of law enforcement data. Most requests can be processed within 14 days. If information is needed by a specific date, it should be indicated in the request and every effort will be made to meet the request.
