Eden Prairie Business Survey
The 2018 Eden Prairie Business Survey data and presentation, conducted by The Morris Leatherman Company, is now available at edenprairie.org/BusinessSurveys.
The Economic Development Division conducts regular surveys of businesses within the community to:
- Gauge the current business climate in Eden Prairie and contrast findings over time
- Identify and understand the wants and needs of Eden Prairie's business community
- Identify ways in which the City can better serve the needs of its business community
City Center Closed
The City Center is closed Monday, Feb. 18 in observance of Presidents Day.

Chain Reaction Theatre Performance
On Thursday, Feb. 21 at 6:30 p.m., the Human Rights and Diversity Commission is hosting a Chain Reaction Theatre performance in the City Center Heritage Rooms. "What Guys Really Want: Heartfelt Stories about Masculinity" raises awareness and creates a conversation about how masculinity is shaped and formed amongst boys and men. The deadline for submitting applications to be placed on a City Board or Commission has passed. We are pleased to report that we have received a large number of applications. The City Council interviews for potential Board and Commission members will take place Tuesday, Feb. 26 in the Heritage Rooms.
Quality of Life Survey
We will soon be receiving the results of our biennial community Quality of Life Survey. The results will be presented by our survey researcher/consultant (National Research Center) at both our City Council workshop and regular meeting Tuesday, March 5.
