Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces 2019 logoFor the sixth year in a row, the City of Eden Prairie has been named one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota by the "Star Tribune."

The Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces rankings are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. The program included responses from more than 140,000 employees at 2,000 Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. The City of Eden Prairie is ranked #39 on the list of midsize employers.

City Manager Rick Getschow credits the City's success to its core values of collaboration, innovation, integrity, performance and relationships. "We are a service organization and take pride in providing outstanding customer service to our residents, businesses, visitors and fellow employees."

Mayor Ron Case agrees. "The City actively promotes a supportive, encouraging and productive culture with a strong focus on customer service and stewardship," he said. "This commitment explains why Eden Prairie is consistently recognized as one of the best places to live, work and play."

The 2019 Top 150 Workplaces special section appeared in the Sunday, June 16 issue of the Star Tribune. Visit StarTribune.com/TopWorkPlaces2019 to view the full Top 150 Workplaces list.
