2019 Human Rights Award
The City is now accepting nominations for the annual Human Rights Award, which recognizes inspiring efforts that work to promote human rights and diversity, and to create an inclusive community spirit. Individuals who know of a deserving person, youth, non-profit organization or business are encouraged to visit edenprairie.org/HumanRightsAward for more details about the program and a link to the online nomination form. Nominations are due Friday, Feb. 28.
Fire and Ice Celebration
Join us at the Outdoor Center for some winter fun Sunday, Feb. 2 from noon to 3 p.m. Activities include building ice sculptures, ice fishing, Scandinavian kicksledding on the lake, gathering around a bonfire with a warm treat and sharing winter stories. Participants must register in advance here. Children ages 5 and older must be accompanied by an adult.
Summer Day Camp Registration
Visit with camp staff and learn more at the Summer Camp Kickoff Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Community Center. Browse summer day camps now at edenprairie.org/Register. Registration opens Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 7 a.m. Register online or at the Community Center.
