The Communications Division produces and distributes information relevant to Eden Prairie residents and businesses, City employees, news media and the general public.
The team is responsible for leading marketing and communication initiatives to support the delivery of services for the City’s departments and divisions. Its staff members also serve as public information officers for the police and fire departments.

CITY NEWS — Subscribe to CITY NEWS and receive emails and/or texts with timely information on the topics of your choice.
Polco — A civic engagement platform used to gather input from residents on a variety of topics throughout the year.
Nextdoor — Nextdoor is used to disseminate information to specific neighborhoods or to all Eden Prairie Nextdoor users. The City cannot access neighborhood-specific content, only the comments made directly on City posts.
Life in the Prairie [PDF] — The City's quarterly newsletter is mailed to all Eden Prairie households.
CITY TV — Watch City meetings live and on-demand.
EPTV — The City's cable government access channel airs recent City meetings and public service announcements, and can be seen by Comcast and CenturyLink subscribers in Eden Prairie.
